Watching Sue Bryce on Creative Live was where I first decided to create these Quotes and Inspirations. There was just something about this wonderful Kiwi that resonated with me. ♥ She talked sense. ♥ She was up front honest and in your face [but in a no nonsense way]. ♥ She talked about fear. ♥ She spoke in depth about self hate and in particular, a book called "There's nothing wrong with you", by Cheri Huber. This was such an 'aaaaahaaaa' moment for me. It became so clear. This is why I create my Soul Portraits. I want to show each woman I draw, just how beautiful she is; I want her to see herself, as I see her. I want her to see the light in her eyes, the joy, the sparkle, the twinkle. It's there. There's a point when I just feel it, and I know that I have captured it. I'm not drawing caricatures, but capturing a real essence of you. As an intuitive, I really see people and pick up on energies and feelings. So I decided to get cracking on creating a soul portrait of Sue Bryce and included in what she had said; This is where these began, and I have added to them since then.
