Welcome, my heart is smiling that you're here ♥
I'll be sharing blog posts, what's on my studio table - plus you'll be the first to get special offers, info about upcoming courses plus free art e.g wallpapers, cover photos.
I wholeheartedly believe in the power of colouring-in as a healing mindful practice. I always have done.
Colouring-in has always been my go-to - from the early years when I suffered with tonsillitis to being in my 20s when I was healing back to good health from M.E/CFS [myalgic encephalomyelitis/chronic fatigue syndrome.]
So I have created one just for you.
Calm your mind and soothe your soul by
i) printing out the image below
ii) take 15 minutes, find some coloured pencils or felts
iii) switch on some calming music, or stay in stillness and quiet
iv) and begin to let the colour emerge
My tips
When you print the Colouring-in Muse, lighten the black on your printer.
Make sure you let it dry thoroughly as the black in will run if you're using felt tip pens or paints
Colouring-pencils are such a wonderful medium to colour in - why not try these?
Maybe print the image on watercolour paper and treat yourself to a watercolour pallet like this one.
If you have professional alcohol based markers, like Letraset, Copic, Spectrum Noir, then I would recommend printing it on bleedproof paper like here.
