Feeling healthy will mean different things for everyone. You may feel healthy when you're more social, perhaps stretched academically and working in a career that you love. When all the cogs are in place you'll feel soothed. When they're not in alignment, you may feel unwell, unbalanced, tired, maybe even quite down or anxious. When you're soothed by your environment, balanced with your finances and supported emotionally, your total health will feel in balance. Of course if you're dealing with a physical health problem, all the other areas will be impacted. When one of these areas are unsupported, stress chips away at our immune system and it impacts our lives.
Having suffered with my own physical health throughout my 20s, I can wholeheartedly say that health is not just about the absence of dis-ease in the body and nor is is just about our physical body; health is emotional, it's social, intellectual, spiritual. Feeling healthy is about our environment and where we live.
Health is about our finances, the career we desire, relationships and interactions with our community. Health is our global connection to others and the health of the planet. Health is about food and what types of food we eat and how we treat our food and how it is grown. Health is about the quiet time we carve out every day. One interacts with the other so when one's out of sync the other follows along.

HEALING PORTRAIT THERAPY
Healing Portrait Therapy is a very unique process created by Julia that combines drawing and illustrating your Soul Portrait and during this process, we focus upon whatever issues you bring to our sessions: Personal Coaching, Counselling, Intuitive Guidance and Healing. It's an audio visual journey and you will experience deep soulful connection to your light, and your true self.

REIKI THERAPY
Reiki
is a beautiful form of healing which can also offered to animals.
It is such a gentle healing process that it is applicable to everyone,
it is non-invasive and supportive. I offer in person Reiki
treatments as well as over Skype. If you wish me to give a Reiki
healing session to your animal, it is often best that I come to you as
it is less stressful for them and they feel more settled.
Sessions are 60 minutes in total with 45 minutes for treatment and delivered in person in Liverpool or Distantly. |
WRITING COACHING
For the past 18 + years, I have worked with young people and mature students applying to university and completing personal statements
as well as individuals writing expression statements for job
applications including creating their first ever CV.
