As an artist, I colour-in all the time : ) There is a great deal of research about colouring-in for health; it's a mindful meditation that if practised on a consistent daily basis is good for stress release and soothing anxiety. I remember being very young and the only thing that soothed me when I was ill with tonsillitis was a great big colouring-in book and my big pack of felt tip pens. Little did I know back then that I was creating my own colouring-in ritual. I would love to share this with you - so I created this Muse Mantra specifically for you to have a go and remember how it felt when you were a child. Find 10 mins and create a relaxing colouring-in therapeutic practice for yourself, whilst focusing on the mantra.
